Can anyone out there please advise me as to a good choice of a food plot to stay into late November and early December in Northeastern PA. I presently have Ladino clover which is great up until early November. I am just trying hold the deer a bit later.

Winter Rye, planted like winter oats or winter wheat in August/early September. Winter Rye is more cold hardy than oats or wheat, will stay greener longer in the fall and green up quicker in the spring.

Brasicas, Rape, Dwarf essex rape, planted in August.

yes RYE if you cannot have corn.

If corn is possible - plant at least 2 acres per block.
