270 Winchester Short Mag

I got one today, a model 70, for college graduation. Anybody have one? What do you think of it? I think I'm going to really like mine.

A friend of mine has one and they are as good as most any rifle. Main problem is the high price of cartridges and the limited selection of the cartridges.

I bought a Kimber Montana .270wsm a few weeks ago, so I could go to West Texas and chase aoudads up and down the mountains. I really like the way it shoots.
