100 acres with a good sized lake in northen MI,
I was not sure where to put this they should make a general talk board, but any wase what do you guys think i should do with it, if i ever get it, how much will it cost, ways to make it a hunters heven. please post here!

I would not buy it, after the big quake, MI won't be there!
This is such a generic question it would be hard to answer. Depends on allot of things that you do not mention. Is it cleared land or timber? How many acres does the Lake take up? Lakes are big, ponds are smaller! Do you plan to build a cabin on the property? To many questions and not enough answers!

I bought 80 acres with three large draws running through it and a good spring. We planted all the land around the top of the draws to alfalfa. It makes a very good hunting spot. Mule Deer and grouse and pheasants. Now and then an antelope or two show up.
