First time caller, long time listener!
Great to listen and learn from a bunch of professional hunters. I have to say im a serious 3rd year whitetailer and I have gone into the woods with a real confidence and reward each year so far.

I' m in just about the same boat - this will be my third year of serious hunting. It would be nice if I actually saw a deer to shoot this year. This year should be good - lots of rain means lots of mast. I have a couple of hunts lined up, and hope to set up more days to get out of the office and get some venison on the hoof.

Tazman -
Mineral is the closest little town to our home at Lake Anna. We' re only about 30-35 miles southwest of Fredericksburg. I get the pleasure of driving to F' burg every day to pick up the vanpool to go to work in beautiful downtown Washington, DC. Now you know why I like spending time in the woods ...

Yes I do listen to Bob and Tom. Yes I did see Fast times at Ridgemont High. A coach I had in high school called me that. I did put a first deer post up yesterday. My son literally got me my first deer.
