I don' t think a lot of people hunt blacktail as compared to whitetails and muledeer BlackLab . I have always heard that Wa had some big blacktails . Any truth in that ?

It all depends on what you call big. Theres been a few monsters in the bush. In the areas I hunt they don' t get to big. Guesseing 120s

Same here, BlackLab. I know there ARE some really big ones, because I have seen a few (usually in the pitch dark, running across a logging road in front of my truck on my way home), but most of them tend to run more in the 150 range, at least where I hunt. But this year I will say, just like every year, " I am going to kill a monster!"

halcon your probably right about people hunting whites and mullies more . Blacktail are more difficult to hunt then those others. Whites are to easy to pattern and those mulies heck a big ole spotting scope and a six pack of beer can get ya one maybe even two [&:]
