For the last month I've spent so much time scouting in the woods. I marked different spots on my GPS and yesterday I go out to the same tree I hunted last year using a Gorilla tree stand and I wanted totryout my new Summit climber. I go to put the stand on the tree and find out that the cable is too short for the tree that I want to hunt from. I guess I have to either use my Gorilla stand or go back in the woods to find smaller diameter trees to set my Summit climber on to. I was hoping that Summit made a long cable but I guess not. Has anyone else had this same problem?

I always just find another tree.......has to be a pretty big tree you're wanting to climb....
