These people on the fence don't have to watch his program only. He has been on the air on numerous mainstream programs where he showed everyone what he is all about. It wasn't pretty to say the least.

Do a search for his name, this subject comes up about every month or so, maybe more. You either like him, or you don't.

What I do know is he doesn't represent me as a hunter and I have no problem letting people know it. I bet there are people you have never heard of that do far more for our hunting and gun rights than Ted has ever done. I bet most of the people saying what a great guy he is are the same people that want to ban canned hunting and throw a fit every time it comes up. I guess they don't know that Ted actually owns two of these outfits, one in Michigan and one in Texas. I know people that have went to them. Ted would tie an animal to post and let you shoot it if he thought he could make enough money from it.

Do you know any anit hutners that has ever changed the way they think? Ever seen one on TV saying they see things differently now? You will never change their minds....period.

you may never change their mind, but proclaiming that they can "kiss your ass" is only going to cause increased animosity from them, and that's no good for anyone involved.

My point is, they will never change they way they think, so I could care less about what they think. They want to shove their way of thinking down my throat, change the way I do things to suit them. They are endoctrinated not educated mostly by orginizations like PETA, the liberal media, college professors and such. They buy into the hype of these idiots and therefore are idiots themselves, that cannot be reasoned with and I don't see why I should waste my time with them. But like I said, someone who has not formed and opinion, say a young person, yes educate them as to why we hunt. But the anti hunters want us to become non hunters with no compromise, just like the anit gunners want to get rid of all guns.

At first glance I would venture to say he can/is a little/lotta radical,
but without knowing him I wouldn't bet the farm on anything without getting to know him or others, that's just a life lesson.
He is kind of like a mouthy comedian or boxer or rapper or anything...
You get my drift?[8D] You tend to remember these people and don't forget he's in the publics eye and we know how the media loves that.
Thinking about it, maybe Ted's the Paris Hilton or Lyndsay Lowhan of hunting?

Ted brings hundreds of kids to his place, on his time, at his expense to teach them about the outdoors, hunting and conservation every year. I doubt that anyone here can come close.
