Hunting Report

We went out today and killed 5 rossters and 2 quail. (7 people) It was way too hot to be pheasant hunting but we did it anyway. The dogs couldn't smell a darn thing. I think you will do a lot better next week if it gets cold and we are possibly going to get some moisture, so that would really help. Let me know how you do!!!!

Well, it's in the 70's in the Topeka area today, but the good news is it's supposed to get down into the high 30's tonight, so Fall may finally be here. More good news is I don't remember a single day in the last two weeks when I didn't see at least one deer on the way to or from work. I'm probably not in the area of Kansas you'll be hunting, but after I get mine, I'll try to scare some in that direction.
