Default Oregon Poachers caught .

Six Douglas County residents have been arrested after being accused of poaching mule deer in Lake county this year and last.
Oregon state police fish and game officers acting on a tip,on sunday discovered six dead mule deer bucks at a hunting camp set up on the Wagner ranch near Fort Rock, north of Silver Lake in northern Lake county.
Thomas Rondeau III, 20, and Jason Spradley ,23, both of Glide, were cited on six counts each of taking deer during a closed season.
"The protection of large mule deer bucks is the main priority of officers working this area at this time of year ". Sgt Joe Myhre of the Roseburg OSP office said ."The large trophy bucks are very visable ,and accessable at times on this winter range and violaters are known to target these animals for the trophy antlers."
Information obtained during the Fort Rock invesigation led police to make additional contacts at residence in the Glide and Roseburg areas later Sunday evening and Monday. Roseburg fish and game officials recovered eight mule deer racks believed to have been taken during a illegal hunt on the wagner Ranch in December 2001.
Following these seizures ,Rondeau and Spradley were written additional citations .Rondeau was cited for two counts of taking deer during a closed season relating to the 2001 hunt,While three counts of exceeding deer bag limits and one count of failure to validate a deer tag stemmed from this year.
Spradley recieved recieved two additional citations for taking deer during a closed season relating to the 2001 incident .
Four other men were also cited .

Halcon, Please to keep us informed. I would like to know how the court treats this after the lawyers get a hold of it.
