I guess it would be like the device that Kevin Van Dam uses in his bass rig. The device omits sounds that sound like schools of bait fish.

Thanks for all of your feedback and discussion. I am not sure if legal this would be something I ever attempted or not????? I was just curious. As mentioned previous there are people that I know who use salt licks ,buckets of apples, deer cocaine etc here in KY on private land and that is something that I wouldn't participate or across the bridge in Indiana it is still legal to hunt animals in pens (just ask Jimmy Houston) but I would not. Just curious that is all.
