Piebalds used to be a pretty regular sight when I grew up in my hometown.

that's sweet! i've seen adult pibalds and albinos but that's the first fawn i've seen!

we picked up a fawn standing near its dead mother years back in orange county NY. Called the DEC and they took it to catskill game farm! I have pics but digital cameras were not even a dream when this happened!

its in the house because they dont do their duties unless you wipe their butt with a wet cloth. natural defense against predators, dont go to the bathroom unless mommy is around to wipe.

i had a fawn in the house this spring for about a month until i felt it was big enough for predators to leave it alone and not try to get in its pen. every 5-6 hours just walked him out in the driveway and let him do his stuff.

we also had an adult 8 point albino around here said he had a big rack but before my birth got shot night hunting Ironic huh
