Been a long time.........
How has everyone been? The wife and I are enjoying our three week old boy; our second. Hunting is going to be a one day here, one day there thing this year. With my luck I'll be in the bush 1 hour and the hunt will be over. Anyway, I hope everyone out there has a fantastic hunt this year. Stay safe.

Congrats on the baby!
Jred, i have 2 and it does cut in to your free time. My wifes new job doesn't allow her to pick the kids up, like the old one did, so no more evening hunts fro moi!
However it is worth it and so rewarding. Plus another one to teach and take with you. My 2 girls, both can make a perfect Bull Moose Grunt (a little one) and the oldest loves to rattle (pretty darn well too) and blow on the calls, she also runs to the truck when I get home to see whats in the back. Hope all goes well with your first and enjoy every minute...they grow up too quick (old saying, but true)

Welcome back and congrat's on the new lil one, dont think of it as time lost in the wood;s or a short season think of it as the building process for a new hunting buddie, I have 3 and it's been alot of fun and here shortly i will be starting all over again but as a granddad and can't wait
