Well othr than that I found a truck and just waiting to sign the loan paperwork and the dealr will keep the truck on their lot until I show up to get it. Sounds like you haven' t been getting any rain, it rained on Firday, first time in a long time. Lord knows we need the rain.

Well guys, things are starting to happen here regarding fire danger. I was on Colville N.F. website last night and they are SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING closing the CNF to ALL public access due to fire danger![
] Can the rest of the USFS land in eastern WA. be far behind? Then western WA.? then DNR?[
]
If you remember last time something similar happened in this state-it was the Washington state DNR that closed the forests to the public DURING easten WA. deer and Colokum elk seasons----USFS lands were still open!
Its up to us to question our Reps. and WDFW as to how these things will affect us- Will they move back season openers,or will we loose them?
Remember;The general voting public here doesn' t care-evidant by the passage of anti hunting,anti trapping initiatives passing here! If they ever managed to put a no hunting in WA. on the ballot-those greenie pukes and thier allies DO outnumber us.
So it is definatly up to us to get any reaction about any questions we have regarding scenarios of no access problems with our seasons! What do YOU think???

I' m kind of ticked that they moved back Pheasant until the weekend after deer... I enjoyed that weekend before because I' d scout around and kick up birds prior to the deer opener... Still haven' t figured what I' m doin' this year - plus, am I missing something, or does duck also open Oct 11?

WANWTF, I think it' s just Pheasant, I can' t remeber the rationale behind moving it but I think they were getting complaints and lower hunter numbers? They made a big stink about it at the game reg, meeting last winter.
