Hey Slee.......went up ther highway by the honney spot yesterday......had to chain up cus we got 4 inch' s of wet snow........the gate' s are still locked till April 1st.......and there' s still alot of snow to melt.....so my scouting might be alittle late this season. But since your not gonna be here till the end of the season.....there' s still plenty of time..............2 day' s ago heard my first Tom on the roost below the house...

Well don' t bump him. I' ll stop by on my way to my spot in May and take him out for you.
It looks like my trip is going to be condensed a little more than I' d like. I probably won' t be able to roll out of Puyallup until 3pm on Thursday May 8, which' ll put me rolling into camp at about 10pm. I guess I' ll be sleeping in the truck the first night cause I' m not pitching the cabin tent at that time of night, then have to unload gear, and answer a wake-up call at 4am. Then, I' m going to have to break camp and head back Sunday evening(after the hunt) rather than Monday morning, so I' ll get back home about 4am. Not exactly what I' d planned, but I' m gonna make the most of it. That' s still 3 full days of hunting, but definitely the hard way.

Hey, is anyone going to be camping at Kettle Falls campground? Its the campground located just on your left just before you hit the bridge to cross Lake Roosevelt to enter Ferry County. I might be camping there and wanted to say hi to any of you who use this messageboard.

Just dropping in to check out for a week of R&R south of the border. No, not Oregon. Me and the Mrs are heading to Cancun for a week(WITHOUT kids), so ya' ll hold down the fort while I' m gone. My shuttle to the airport arrives in just over 4 hours. When I get back it' ll be time to get serious about turkeys. Be good, or good at it![8D]

Been a while since I have had a chance to read through, but skimmed through tonight. Robb didn' t read exactly what happened to your nephew but it sounds like he is going to have a pretty tough go of it. My prayers are with him.
