I recently got the idea to set a goal of getting them all. Yes, I am setting the goal right now to take them all. It's going to make for a few really good vacations! Anybody done it? Anybody who lives in Oklahoma? If so, I'd like to interview you for a story in my hunting/fishing publication.

I just set the same goals this year. I want to get the slam with the bow. I will be hunting merriams, rios, and easterns with the bow this year.

I read a lot of hunting mag and 99.9% of them are catering to the private property turkey hunters.

I've got a idea for your article. Do a article on.

"How to get your slam on public land"

Has a catchy ring to it. Dosen't it????

Now let me get this straight. A slam is every species, not just the species in North America, correct? Or is it just the species in North America? Goulds for example...aren't they required for a grand slam?

Grand slam is meriams, rios, osceolas, and easterns
World slam is all of the above plus Goulds and oscellated located in Mexico
