What's a good decoy to get that looks real and easy to set up?

I have a featherlight. Honestly I think people put too much thought into the decoys. They are meant to draw the gobblers attention away from you the caller so you don't get busted. The bird should be dead before it's close enough to tell that your decoy is not real most of the time anyhow. I have had them try to mount my cheapo featherlight before as I was waiting for a bigger bird to come in behind the one on the decoy and honestly mine looks like crap and is missing paint all over when this happened.

And they are also intended to draw a gobbler into shotgun range that would otherwise hang up at 70 yards except that he sees it and comes in closer. Within the outer limits of shotgun range, it seems a decoy doesn't have to look 100% real, except sometimes he comes at a bad angle or with no shot and is on the decoy before you can shoot. Maybe the ideal decoy is one that has the best combination of looking good, being durable (paint AND body), easy to set up, and easy to fold up and carry.
