Pump (870 SP) for everything but turkeys.

I use a single-shot HR that's been cut down and modified. It's short, light, tight-shooting and a pleasure to carry all day. Only downside is the unbelievable kick. To me, a single shot is the essence of turkey hunting.

Well...For upland game I really like o/u's. For deer I use a pump. When it comes to Waterfowl and Turkey I like to shoot the semi autos. Thats about the way I do it. I think all kinds have there use for certain situations.

I lov. my winchester 1300 pump combo, (came with Deer slug barrel) Outfitted this year with the tru-glo mag. Pro clamp on turkey sights and installed stud in stock for a sling this season. topped off with a kicks choke last year. Good to go!

I like a pump for safty reason. How many guys have killed a gobbler with a auto and ran over to step on his neck and realize that you forgot to put your safty on?? I did that one time and switched to a pump.

I quit running along time ago,just for that "safety"!!
