Depends on what i'm hunting. for deer the my 1st year i used a 20ga single shot. My 2nd year I use a 12 ga semi auto. Then a 20 ga pump and now a 12 ga pump. For squirrel I use a single shot or pump. Rabbit semi auto and pump.I am soon getting an o/u and will use that for every thing excepet deer and squirrel. My favorite is probably a semi auto but i use a pump more often

Vance, besides talkin to longbeards, chatterin to a flock of mallards right on the deck ranks right up there!!!If I had the time I'd love to experience some of that southern duck slammin!!!
Few years back I went to a synthetic stock and forearm on my 870 because we were gettin so wet in the duck blind the stock wood was swelling to the point that our slides were becoming difficult to work! Now its boom, clickclack, boom, clickclack, boom, clickclack and raining ducks!!

We'll Bobgobble consider it done then!
We will definately have to make a trip to the marsh- It may not rain all Greenheads but I can garunteeeee we'll bust a limit of Teal, Grays and Widgeon, might even throw in a Speck hunt to and watch some mighty fine Retreiver work.
