Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

On my way home from work last nigh I decided to take a detour to my cabin and as I drive past one of the fields I lease to a farmer there must have been 90 to 100 turkeys if there was one.I had seen this during the late fall deer hunt as I would drive past but I had never seen it in the spring. I am excited.

Beard Busters sounds like a good team name to me.

If more people like it, I think we should go with that.

Good suggestion!

Beard busters sounds good to me, because we are all going to be looking at long beards laying at our feet at the end of our hunts.

Are any of the rest of you going to be videoing your hunts?

This will be the first season we begin filming for our DVD, so hopefully I'll be able to post a little clip at the end of the season to tease y'all with.

Dan,

Do you have someone to be the camera person or are you putting the camera on a tripod? I have been out with the video camera for deer but have not taken it turkey hunting yet.

My hunting partner and I will be taking turns filming one another, yes. I just picked up a Double Bull Matrix too, so that should help out quite a bit.
