Well, to anyone interested, I have purchased my first bow. And I want to thank everyone that replied to this post for their help!
I finally decided on the Mathews Q2. I outfitted it with the Muzzy Zero Effect rest and a single pin sight by Impact Archery, the Cosmic Air lite.
Can I tell you, this thing is a marvel of modern engineering! Quick, quiet and accurate! What more can you ask from your equipment?
What should I do for my next bow? Everyone was very helpful on the first one. What to do for an encore?
Thanks again,
Mark

OK,OK...I am fully addicted to this bow hunting thing. I may even be putting down the firearm thing for some time.
But does anyone have any experience with the bowfishing thing? or the upland bird thing?
I am already considering the Mathews "Fin and Feather" bow. I had no idea that bowhunting could be so versatile.
Has anyone done this or used this bow. If not this one can someone make a better / different suggestion?
I have got the fever bad...and love it!
Please help!
Thanks.<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>

I have a Grandmaster and a Rackmaster 2002 s, Going to 40.5 for target to 34.375 inch for hunting. Both bows are shooting great. The Grandmaster is one of the most accurate bows out there and I'm busting nocks out to 40 yards. When out shooting I shoot one at 20, one at 30, one at 40 and one at 50 yards can put my fingers around the group ever time a 2 inch group with it set at 60 lb 314 gr. arrow at 280 fps and would make a great fingers bow too. The Rackmaster is shooting very will too, all ready got me a spring turkey with it and it's very very quit. It's 62 lbs 390 gr. arrow at 266 fps.For one thing to thay are not near as much money has some that your looking at. Shoot one and feel the differance fast, forgiving and very quit.
