uh oh....cant wait to read the response to that one
Anyhoo, I have tried the Biscuit (someone else's bow) thought it worked pretty good, but the thought of it ripping off a fletch as the arrow screamed towards a Big Buck, well, it just scares me. No fletch contact for me!!
Also, I dont believe anyone has addressed the rest with moisture in it, not sure what the effects of that would be. Seems like it could freeze up solid.

l have been shooting my TSS at 74 LBS with a 260 grain arrow and have well over 3 thousand shots on the bow with absolutley no failures and I will even go as far to say it shoots quieter than either one of the bows you guys shoot withoyt all the silencing crap stuck all over my bow and nothing on my string either.

If a person runs a pro shop, sells the item, and also repairs fletching damaged by the rest, I give his account much more credibility.

I didn't think it was possible for a grown man to fit BOTH feet into his mouth at once.
Well done

I fully realize that a person still extremely new to archery/bowhunting will quickly run out experienced-based input, however, rather than trying to stay up with the debate by constantly engaging in non-related arguments and tirades, search the Inet for related material and plagiarize the info into the thread so it at least appears you are more experienced.

I mean when you post something like this

Your credibility becomes an issue for 2 reasons. First you are saying something that goes against a foundational rule that is followed by the entire industry currently. Doesn't mean that won't change someday and you may be right...........but it does raise a few eyebrows because of the danger involved with all that energy going into the bow and not the arrow. Thousands of shots with no problems won't mean a thing if that bow blows up and peels half your skull away with it.
Secondly it shows your personal opinons really effect the way you deal with customers. You don't like the WB and tell everyone so before they buy it and repair fletches for people when they would be better served with a B2 disc or a better tuned bow. When someone questioned YOUR choice of equipment in HCA you shot back angrily in defense and challenged those opposing opinions as uninformed and ignorant.
Pointing out the contradiction between rolling your eyes at others preferences and then getting bent out of shape when someone does the same about HCA is so obvious I probably don't need to mention it but will just to be complete.

You gotta do better then that to dig yourself out of the hole your in man

Rehashing the same broken record insult is not going to erase your crying about experience not counting right after you told me it does.................or hitching your credibility wagon to a guy who is preaching shooting 3.5 grains/lb.
Maybe you can tell us again about the big buck that ran away because he heard you soft grunting from 2 states over??
Hey...........maybe that buck is so smart he can read a Cabela's catalog and work a phone..................he might have ordered a set of Walker's Game Ears and been wearing them

Damn........I really shouldn't be typing this with the window open........my hunting spot is only 1 hour away...........I hope I didn't scare anything off

Funniest part about you is you never point out anything I say as being wrong..........you just imply I haven't "earned" the right to say it yet.

It'd take a lot more than a few extra fps of arrow speed to entice me into any activity that had the possibility of making me pull one of those Rip Van Winkle stunts.
Dude, chicks love long beards...

I have a very open mind, and am of the personal opinion that with modern materials and construction processes, doing so is not nearly as dangerous as it once.
However, I'm totally satisfied with the my current 30 yard trajectory, pendulum sight aim and shoot performance and arrow energy penetration potential, so my need for speed is not near what it once was...

...definately a biased opinion without ever actually shooting the bow or the arrow
), set up any way you see fit, with the correct arrows and I'd be glad to shoot it. Remember to set the rest back far enough for me to draw one of those arrows to anchor without it falling off the back of the rest. atlasman... Never thought of doing that. Thanks for the suggestion.[8D]
