I have a new mathews legacy on order with 28.5 draw and 60 pounds. I am trying to figure out what my arrow speed will be by using the speed calculator at bowjackson.com but I do not know anything about virtual mass, Bow Efficiency, or SE/PDF_Ratio. I need these numbers to use the calculator. My arrow will be about 405 grains and 29 inches. I am going to shoot the carbon express 3d select 300' s. With one nock and a peep and a caliper release. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hey Grndzer,
What program is that? Where could I get it?
Could you figure one out for me. Here is my set-up.
2003 BowTech MightyMite
72 pound draw weight
30" draw length
31" Beman I/C/S Camo Hunter 340 Arrows tipped with a 100 grain broadhead probablly a steelhead or rocky mountain snyper (total weight is 455.3 grains, which is 14.69 grains per inch of arrow (I divided the total arrow weight by 31 inches.)
I will be using a 80 pound let-off.
I will have a single nock, release loop, a set of string leech' s, and a dusk vision peep sight (with tube) on the string.
Also, I will be using a Tru-Fire Tornado release.
Thanks for the help. I just wanted to see what the chart says and compare it to what I actually get whenever I order my arrows.

The program is called The Archery Program. Tony has a website where you can download a free demo that is fully functional for 20 days. It is a great investment.
he goes by TAP in the message board.

I did better than I thought. Guessing from the IBO speed and what I know about set up , speed loss per pound, speed per weight in grains, draw length, etc. I came up with 247 fps. Let us know what it chrono' s I' ll bet that program is dead on the money !
Good Luck !!
