11.3 grains per inch, 30 inch arrows, 100 grain head, thats 439, but you add the weight of the veins and insert too dont u?, they have 4 inch carbon express veins that came on them..by the eay these are carbon express Rebel hunter arrows( are they junk? i just baught them and they seem good so far..says built in weight forward or sumthin like that ) ........

3-4 inch vanes with insert and nock weight would be 60 grains. The carbon express rebel hunter is a great arrow i sell a lot of them. I shot 4 deer with them myself last year. I am shooting the maxima this year, and like it a bit better. Good Luck
