Can you dumb that down for me, I just started using a bow recently. Surley this is something the bowtech dealer I bought the thing should know. I only took it back twice to get this fixed lol. I didnt assemble the bow. Is this something I can fix or do I have to take it back?

Parks,
Everything looks pretty similar to mine, but I can see what you are looking at at full draw if everything is lined up in the pic like you are seeing at full draw.
Instead of messing with the sight and different peeps and changing peep heights and sight height etc........why didn't the shop just try a slide that has grooves that sit a little tighter to the cable rod. (In effect pull the cables over slightly further)
Its not going to hurt anything and will give you more clearance.
You can take the stock slide off and compare the length of the grooves to some aftermarket ones and try a couple to see if any of them give you a better sight picture. Its a much easier "fix" than all the other alterations that the dealer tried.
Some slides to try are the SIMS teflon, Saunders Hyper glide, Hicks or any of the better aftermarket ones.
I typically swap my slides out myself anyway for a pure teflon version.
It looks to me like you probably don't need much more clearance?

Things that stick out to me are....
You dont have serving on your up cable on your top cam....
I dont see serving on your bow string on the top cam either.
Your cables appear rigged correctly however.
Do you have any idea if your shop dismantled the bow?
I will keep looking these photos over and see if I notice anything else.
*edit* I see Matt has got back to you too. He is the guy you wantto talk to.

Is that the part the strings cross in? That would put preasure on them wouldnt it? Would that be ok? One big differnce I see in our bows is his sight is much further away from the bow than mine. His goes well beyond the bow archs where mine is tight in. That is probably giving me a bigger sight than his hence I have a cable in my view?
My main concern Matt is something might be wrong with my bow? If everyone else doesnt have this problem, why do I? Right now I have a side peep and the strings arnt in the way but I dont like the peep at all.

I think its probably just the picture.......if you look at the center serving above the loop it looks the same as the end servings that you mentioned as missing.
I would SERIOUSLY hope that they wouldn't send a bow out the door with an unserved string and cable.[:-]

I don't think there is anything wrong with your bow. The cables have a very shallow angle for such a short ATA bow and they sit out a little further.
I just checked mine at full draw and its very much like yours at full draw. The difference is that the right side of my sight aperture is square instead of a rounded scope style like your sight so I don't even notice it. It sits right on that edge. If my entire aperture was round the cable would be sitting across it the same as yours.
Try an aftermarket cable slide.......check the grooves for one that pulls the cables over a bit further. I will probably be doing the same myself.
It will alslo give you more fletching clearance if you choose to use high profile type vanes like Blazers.
I think you can relax I don't think your bow has a "Problem" Just a sight conflict caused by those shallow cables and your round sight picture.
