Depends on the broadhead. With a few of the replacement blade broadheads and a few expandables I simply replace the blades. Otherwise I resharpen.

I usually just resharpen them unless I have a reason to replace the blades. Once in a while I'll break or bend a blade so I just replace it.

I've never been completely happy with the sharpness of most blades right out of the box, so I typically sharpen all my blades before hunting with them regardless of whether they've been shot. This is one reason why I choose designs that are easy to sharpen.
