I have to replace my bowstring
It's just over two weeks before the season opens and I have to replace my string [:@]
I had everything dialed in and shooting dimes, now I have to start all over. Not a happy camper.
I know I should have replaced it in May but didn't think about it.
Anyone ever have to do this so close to the season? and tips for making it as painless as possible would be nice

RE: I have to replace my bowstring
Not sure what type of bow you have but if you can swing it buy Winners Choice strings or no twist strings. Then make sure you measure everything, peep location, nock point and install back as close to orginal as possible. This should get you back pretty close to where you were shooting before. You will have to adjust your sights no way around it but getting a string that doesn't twist or stretch will help speed the process of getting everything dialed back in faster. Hope this helps.

yes, my strings are on the way. Im hoping that the peep, nock, and cam timing, etc will be perfect so its painless. Otherwise Im not too concerned because where I hunt the action doesnt pick up until October
