Thanks for that little tidbit. I won't be using any more palms, I'll stick with the pines and oaks.

i would die if a snake came out of the fronds while i was in a palm...thank God that has never happened.......i'll continue to climb them palms though.....i think as long as you feel safe in the tree you have chosen to climb, that is all that matters...

in north florida the tree of choice is the pine. most of our oaks have low limbs................tony
