I hunt in Montgomery county. Last year we killed 19 deer on our lease. This year we only killed 8. I think with the combination of a heavy mast crop, 100mph winds, and lots of rain towards the end of the season things were pretty slow.

Ballistictip:By any chance do you hunt the refuge(Uwhurrie) I haven't hunted it in years but used to take deer there every year?Really like to hunt there when there was plenty of deer.I remember when you had to pay $5 a day to hunt there was deer everywhere.
