Thurs. 21st, Transmission gives ouy in my truck, 120 miles from home pulling trailer and all.
Friday,22nd, Deputy Sheriff hits and kills our St. Bernard,
&quot;MAMA DOG JADA&quot;, big part of my Family.<img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>TOP IT OFF, I couldn't even get here till Sunday, 24th.
My wife, most beautiful wife, and my oldest son had to bury

Sorry to hear about your loss. I've been through similar stuff ,but not in that short of time.
When things are about to take me over (pressures of life) ,during these holidays and all, I have the best support in my wife and kids, but for me some of the best therapy can be spending the day in the woods gathering thoughts and hoping to harvest a fine animal.
Good luck & Happy Thanksgiving.
Time heals all. Mike

Sorry to hear it. I can understand about the dog. I lost one recently that I have had over 12 years. Keep you head up. I alway look at bad situations as a way to help me appreciate the good times more. If it wasnt for bad times we wouldnt even know what good times are. Things will get better.

Agian Sorry to hear it.

I reread your post and it brought back feeling of when I lost Tarna. She was a pit bull I had for 12 years. She died of cancer about a year ago. Nothing worse than losing a dog. Dogs are the most loyal creatures in the world. I miss her greatly, but with time the memories will change from hurt to fondness. When she passed I had a lot of trouble dealing with it. Her and another dog(Roxy) were my only family up until I got married. I cant see her as anything else but family. I now look back and can only find fond memories of her. The hurt will pass. I still have Roxy, she is a 14 year old malamute, along with a stray I adopted named Lucky.

Keep your head up.
