NC, they get hit by vehicles from Holiday to Homosasa Fl on US 19 everyday and also becoming a problem with property owners in the area. Alot of the Anti's in the area love them!

we get a lot of that here with the anti's but every year one of these nuts will feed the things in there back yard and when the bear try's to come in there house they scream at the nc wildlife to do something this year next to the school i work at one of these nuts was feeding them and about a 400lb bear was eating in there yard and the nuts dog was let out and got killed by the bear we used to get the samething when i was a deputy in st johns with gators they would think its nice to feed them but when fido gets eaten then its a problem i don't think that what state you are in these nuts are everywhere but we started to take care of the problem this year on the school property

Yup, it sure would be nice for the state to open up bear hunting here.....even if they did a limited quota area or lottery system....
