My budy got this one on 1/7/06 on our lease. He scored 144 3/16 with 20 1/16 inside spread. A great deer from South AL again. I will also post a game camera pic of another deer he got in the same area the night of his kill.

Looks like ya'll have some good genetics. Looks like a younger deer. Where about do ya'll hunt?

We hunt Butler Co. AL and North Covington Co. We have 4300 acre lease. I think the deer my buddy killed was at least 4 1/2.

Great deer!!!...& i've heard that big deer are rare these days in S.Bama, due to the unlimited deer quota...but I guess with the size of that lease you guys can manage it properly, which should bring you many years of mature bucks...
