Since the use of artificial light isprohibited in KS., it makes it a bit tougher. BUT with good snow cover and the full moon, you should be able to see well enough todo it.
Just remember that you can see well under the fullmoon, so can they! So approach your calling area the same asyou would in the day, such as avoid the sky line and avoid crossing big open areas. Keep the wind in your favor and find areas that you can sit and have good visibility, especiallyto your downwind side. I'd suggest hunting with a partnerand one of you carry a shotgunfor those close calls! With aquality scope, you should be able to identify targets out to about 200 yards as long as they aren't in the shadows of any trees, sincescopes can collect light and see better in the dark than the human eye can.
