Look at the same places you pheasant hunt--if you do. I see tons of fox in my pheasant hunting areas. I even shot one that ran out under me so foolishly.

This probably won't be of much help but I seem to always see them on the sides of roads while driving, perhaps hunting roadkill? I have yet to call a fox up, though.

How about my back yard. I set up a fish pond (just to hold water) in my back yard near my yard light. Set my trail camera near by and starting throwing out scraps. Have got lots of pictures of coons, fox and neighbors dogs. Also got a picture of a cat which I can't remember belonging to anyone nearby. Looks kind of like a cross between a domestic and bobcat. I leave the blinds cracked in my rear bedroom and sometimes see the flash from the camera while lying in bed, get up and see the animals personally. Sort of neat. just hope it don't get out of hand and them varmits start coming inside or leaving their order posted on the nearby tree.
