We also hunt Herkimer County, just south of the Northern/Southern zone boundry. I've hunted Sullivan and Broome Counties before, but Herkimer County has been great for us.

Check out land in Herkimer County. No overpopulation of hunters and some good deals on larger parcels.
Great small towns like Herkimer and Little Falls for supplies, hotels, etc.
