TC Encore PH Speed Breech/BH209 question

Does anyone know the inside diameter of the flash channel and flash hole of the TC Encore Pro Hunter Speed Breech? I use BH209 and their website suggests to hand turn a drill bit in the flash channel...

Exactly! The only screws on the thole stock are on the grip cap so I unscrewed them to see what I would find. And sure enough, there's a allen head screw that tightens the stock down to the receiver....
