Conceal carry goes legal here in April. Shopping around for a stainless,compact and reliable weapon? Is the Taurus it? I hear great things about Glock too. Want to stay around the 400 to 500$ range.

I bought the Black Magic today and its very easy to run with the plastic striker.Sounds pretty sweet. We'll see what the birds think.;) I aslo tried a hickory striker and man does it sing.

Im trying Rocket hammerheads this year. 2 inch cutting diameter. Watched them use it on the Wild Outdoors show. They jacked up some turkeys with hammerheads.

Trailblazer, Had a blast in the hills last year. We stayed in Spearfish the first couple days, nice town. We killed birds the first day about 20 minutes south of town.

I would try an H.S. undertaker first, for performance and price(20$). I shoot one out of my 870 and my Franchi 912. If that dont cut it for your gun, there are plenty out there for 50 and 60 bucks.;)

I think alot of bucks grow older with shotgun only,especially in the hills. I dont mind mainly cause Im a bowhunter lookin for older bucks.;)
