dont think ill hunt turkey this spring

i dont think i will be hunting turkey this spring bcause ill be playing baseball everyday bcause i play for the high school now but i might hunt em during the fall but probably not because id rather be bow hunting

Sounds to me like your priorities are a little mixed up.
Take it from me, if you pass up a hunt (especially with your dad) you'll look back on those days later as wasted.

I was in the same boat when I was in highschool. I played ball in the spring. I would skip class and hunt on the days when we didn't have games(Had to be at school to play on game days). It was tough and I got chewed out by the coach a few times, but hey, it worth it

I'd say you're crazy too pass up turkey hunting for baseball. I don't care how bad of a tongue-lashing the coach gives you. Nothing compares to gobbling turkeys in the spring, not even pitching a no-hitter or hitting a home run in the bottom of the ninth, bases jacked and a full count.

My son played all the sports and loved playin them but when he turned 12 and became old enough to hunt he said he was done with them,baseball would conflict with Spring gobbler,soccer would conflict with fall turkey and basketball would conflict with deer season.This was all his idea
