I have a remington 700 that I had the chamber opened from 222 to 223. I use a magnum primer behind WW 748 powder with a 55 grain bullet. This has been a very accurate load for me.

You can adjust a full length sizer to only resize the neck. You really don't have to do that unless you intend on doing like thousand yard target shoots. I do the full length resize. All my bullets...
