You can adjust a full length sizer to only resize the neck. You really don't have to do that unless you intend on doing like thousand yard target shoots. I do the full length resize. All my bullets are seated at the same depth. So I get pretty consistant shots on target. I wouldn't hesitate to take a 4 to 500 hundred yard shot with my reloads. For hunting. You really don't need the the thousand yard MOA.
