I have been using Nosler Ballastic Tips for about 7 years now.

I have owned a rockchucker press for about 10 years now and i havent seen the need to go to a progressive. if you plan on reloading a thousand at a time i would go with the progressive.

I have an older modle 110 savage in .270 cal and can shoot 1 moa at 100 yds.
this is with hand loaded 150 grain nosler ballastic tips and winchester 760 powder.
I have had 7 one shot kills on...

If you think too much oil is the problem go to wal-mart buy a can of gun scrubber spray it down good (go outdoors to do this) and then lightly oil the gun. the cci mini mags work well in most 10/22'...
