Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone out there
has a review of the Savage 10GXP3 Package Gun? I
need a review really bad for this gun. Any experiences with this gun
or guns similar to it would be greatly appreciated. I need a review
because I am looking into buying a Savage Package Gun. Please,
anyone who has any info on the Savage 10GXP3 Package Gun,
please help me. Thanks and God Bless!!

i had a buddy who bought a savage package gun in .270, it seemed ok, except the trigger needed work. it was heavy and had a gritty feel. other than that, it seemed like a fine gun

I have an older modle 110 savage in .270 cal and can shoot 1 moa at 100 yds.
this is with hand loaded 150 grain nosler ballastic tips and winchester 760 powder.
I have had 7 one shot kills on whitetail at ranges of 30 to 150 yds.

If you are on a budget that is a good way to go.
Savage makes an accurate rifle, a little rough around the edges but for the money they are very accurate and reliable.
The scopes on the package guns aren' t the best but you could upgrade it later if you felt it necessary.

I have a Savage 110 GX in .270. It is very accurate and has many successful hunts under it' s belt. I' ve shot deer from 20 yards to 270 yards and got them all!! Lost count how many, but I would guess in the 50-60 range.
I would agree that the package scopes could be better, but for the money you can' t go wrong!!!
