I own 2 of the new fn model 70 and they are really nice rifle.I've read alot about them before buying and they seem to be very accurate .Nothing wrong with the tikka but I would take a mod 70 over it.

I would say mod 70 or x-bolt.I own an fn fwt and its a really fine rifle (smooth action,good trigger,etc) and their price are reasonable for what you get.
