hi Power yes i have been seeing a lot of deer everyday while working and my wife and I have been watching four and 5 point for awhile. Up around bonaparte and south pne roads are both good areas....

I use a 410 full choke with a 21 inch. and i have killed a lot of grouse with it and it is a lot more fun than with my 12 or 20 gauge.

DG, Thanks for the information on the load. I'll give it a try.

For Roosevelt elk a 270 standard and the 270 Weatherby mag is more than enough gun. I have used a 270 standard for years.
