Do you shoot Hevi shot? That will make a difference. And if your field or woods hunting. Alot goes into picking the right one. I shoot with a Carlson in my Rem 870. With Hevi shot.

Hunter Safety System. Bought mine in the bargin cave at Cabelas, $40 cause box was open. I like everything about it but the tree strap. I modified it with a climbers carabiner so its a quick hook up....

Buy used........ More bang for your buck. Go to a Pro Shop that will let you shoot the used bows and see what fits her. Good luck and great job getting another shooter in the sport.

Did you use the Muzzy Zero Effect? I've shot a MZE on two different bows over the years and love it. BUT..... It has to be set up right and retuned every year or so. Great with carbon...

For those who dont have a Pro Shop close, BPS, Cabelas, Gander and such, may be all you have. But not all Pro Shops advertise well so ask around. Ask the others hunters at the BPS, Cabelas, Gander....

Rubber UP.... I dont buy into the scent blocker stuff. I feel if you use good scent control methods, you will be fine. There's a ton more to spend that extra money on than scent blocking.
