We did look until we couldn't anymore. There was not enough blood to follow anymore. I forgot to add this part, but we looked until 11:00 that night and then it rained over night and a mist held up...

You need to realize that not everyone can just let deer grow and not all want to. Some people hunt for the meat and that is it. Some people have a small portion of land that is impossible to manage...

I'm shooting 285 fps with a 345 grain Carbon Force Radial X Weave Predator 200. The bow is a HCA Iron Mace at 60 lbs draw weight and 80% let-off. I also have a 28 inch draw length.
