How long is your bow season?
I hunt in NY and it appears that we have a shorter hunting season than most other states. We getfrom October 13th to November 16th. Then we get 8 days starting Dec 10th. So we get 6 weeks and I pay $76.00 for the Super Sportman. I get3 tags (1 doe, 1 buck and1 either sex) plus the chance to recieve 2 doe permits.

mass 1 1/2 month BUT we can hunt archery threw shotgun and muzzloader if we want but we have to follow their laws like shotgun and muzz. we need 500sq. inches of orange i know alot of guys that do that though and it works

WIS..Starts Sept 15th and goes through Dec. With a 9 day break for gun season thanksgiving week. $24.00 gets you a Buck tag, 2 doe tags. You can buy extra doe tags for $2.00 anytime you need. The state has EAB and Heard Control units asw well as CWD units in the southern part of the state....

) - Jan 31. Just raised the license fees from 12.50 to 25.00 this year and everyone is bit*%ing.
The $25 license gives you 4 deer: 2 does and 2 antlerless. For another $10, you get a quality buck tag and a hunter's choice (aka, second shooter or a WHOOPS, the little doe has balls)
You can buy additonal doe tags for $10 a apiece.
"Bag" limit = 4 per day.

It depends on what part of NY your in, on Long Island Oct 1 to Dec 31stthen shot gunfron Jan 7th to Jan 31st(week days only on the shotgun season).
