Yeah land here is really high. If you find land as low as 2000 an acre it has either been stripped of the timber or its a 30 to 45 min ride before you see the first person.

Proper bow tuning from the start is the key. I just got another bow and had it tuned. I shot 100 grain field tips and 100 grain Muzzys and they both shot in the same place without any other tuning....

Its not shooting 273 fps. On target told me that it would but after I set everything up and shot it through a chrono it is shooting 255 fps. Not as fast as I would like to see it but I can live with...

Well the arrows are cut and fletched. I went ahead and used the 400's since I already had them. The chrono says that im shooting them at 255 FPS. I shot a 340 through it to just see what it would do...

I downloaded the on target software and if i did everything right the software is telling me that with the bow set at 65# with the draw length at 28" then the Beman ICS Hunter 400shafts at 27" long...
