Yeah, the women is B__CH. Call back and tell her superior how you were treated and as a result, you won't be supporting Lee anymore.
That's about all you can do besides venting your frustrations with us. (which is fine)

Freakin females are going to be the death of me. Can't stay stable for one month.
Seat belts do save lives I wear mine all the time, some people say that the belt jams after a collision thus trapping them in the car if they need out for some reason like if the cars on fire, I say if you are knocked out cold you wont be able to get out of it anyway. even if the belt does jam thats why I have a serrated edge knife clipped to my visor reinforced with some velcro just incase in a collision that clip alone doesnt keep it attached to the visor.

I have always had fine service from Lee if I needed anything special or needed something fixed. As for the seat belts they can shove them. They may be a good idea but making anything like that mandatory is unamerican as hell. Every good idea don't need to become a stinking law.

James- I'm not for mandatory seat belts either, but one doesn't have to protest a stupid law by putting themselves in unneeded risk.
Wear the damn things- they only take 1 second to put on, and they save lives- a seatbelt saved mine.
