Too much lube can be bad, i would probably have too see what exactly is happening to say what the problem is. I have gotten cases "somewhat" stuck before. You could be doing something wrong, could have bad brass, die not set up correctly, a lot of wierd things can happen.

When I first started out I stuck a 25-06 case in a die. found out I wasn't properly lubing the case along with my die wasn't set right. Luckly I had an experienced person to show me what I was doing wrong. What he forgot is to tell me how to get the unstuck case out of the die, which I ruined. Have someone thats been reloading for a while check out your set up, I to thought I was doing everything right (by the book). I load 06 and have not had any problem other then when I do something wrong, I have had a little trouble with nickle brass in 06, but other that.

Did you clean the inside of the neck?, I like to run the shot cases through the tumbler before decapping and sizing to get any residue off the case before it even sees the dies.

think i found out what the problem was, dirty brass, took my shells and a bottle of brass polish, as i do not have a toumbler YET, man what a pain in the you know what polishing by hand, but any how all polished cases went through die with no problems, did have to make myself a puller though, worked just fine, also made a stand for my powder measure, turned ouy sweet, all alum. not bad if i do say so myself think i could put them on ebay, but thats half the the enjoyment making things, not aproblem as i be a tool-n-die maker hey thanks for all the input im sure ill have more things come up as i go along, yall ben great

If you are going to reload you will eventually get a case stuck in your die. This will be caused by the above mentioned items plus maybe some off the wall reason. What you have to do is either purchase a stuck case kit for your die or make it yourself. All you need is 1/4-29 tap, a drill bit for drilling and tapping 1/4-20's, a large nut so you can put a 1/4-20 bolt through it to get at the tapped hole in the case and a couple of large flat washers. This way you will be able to get the stuck case out without ruining the die.
