Default Anybody else have issues with Sightron SII's

I have a brand new out of the box Sightron SII 4x16 mil-dotscope and when I change the magnification the impact point seems to change. I am also changing the paralax adjustment to the yardage and it still changes! Its a real P-I-T-A to have to leave an almost $400 scope on one powersetting! Oh yeah, this is the second one! The first got sent back for the same issue. I went through 3 boxes ammo trying to sight the damn thing in!

NJ....sorry to hear that. Seems strange to have 2 that would do the same thing. I have an SII also on my Knight M/L, but its a 3x9 and have never had any problems with it. It does not have the paralax adjustment however. IMO these are really good scopes for the money, maybe someone else can answer your question. What does Sightron say about it? I can imagine it is frustrating for sure.
